It's a beautiful book and a 5.0 on a book that old is a solid grade.

 

The books presents better than is grade. Your biggest problem is the number of peices missing from the book. That includes the top left from corner, the middle top of the back cover, the bottom left back cover and several larger peices running along the bottom back cover.

 

Other than that there are a small number of spine stresses and some moderate creasing on the right and bottom of the front cover.
