Our final Comic Art Con for the year will be held on Sunday, September 27, from 10:00 - 4:00 at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Secaucus, NJ, (same hotel, same big room as the May con). ComicLink will be there taking consignments for their auctions so if you have any art or comics that you are tired of looking at or just want to cash out of definitely bring them.

 

Collector Tom Fish will be set up showing off a few monsters from his collection including the complete X-Men 1 by Jim Lee & Scott Williams!

 

Lastly, we are happy to announce that fantasy artist Ken Kelly will be in attendance! If there is anything special you want him to bring please check out his website at www.kenkellyfantasyart.com

 

There are still a few tables available for anyone who is considering setting up. We encourage collectors to set up as they add a dynamic that you don't see at bigger cons. We have new faces from the collecting ranks and hope to add more. Even if you don't fancy yourself a dealer sitting behind a table for a few hours can certainly have it's advantages. Sit down, show off your art, and have people come to you! 6 foot tables are $100.

 

As usual, we encourage all attendees to bring art, (no one should be empty handed!), come early, (don't miss out on anything), and stay late, (enjoy the afternoon).

 

Also of note we have negotiated a discount for anyone who would like to spend Saturday night at the hotel. The usual rates are $139 but mention the con and the rate is $109, (double bed room). You can call the hotel at 201-348-6900.
