Did anyone read this book? If so, what did you think?

 

I liked it alot. Many complained about it, but it's only a first issue. For a first issue, it was good. It established the scene and set up a bunch of things. The art was excellent. If you like Kirkman, you'll probably like this.

Finally read it tonight. It's really tough to gauge based on the one issue. It was good enough through the 1st 3/4s. But the ending was a bit of a letdown. We'll see how it goes. I'm trying to not taint my views based on Spawn, but it's hard to skip the parallels (like the military brother and Simmons pre-Spawn).
