Need help with a mysterious book.

I recieved the following email:

 

"WHile cleaning out my closet recently, I found an old Flash comic, titled The Day Flash Aged 100 Years!. I tried to no avail to find info on this comic on the net. AT the bottom of the cover it say Vol.1 No.5 July 1976. I was wondering if you could tell me anything about this or how much it might possible be worth. Thanks in advance

Any ideas on what he has? The best I can figure out is it's either Flash #157 or some type of reprint of Flash #157
