Hey gang, I need to liquidate a few things as I am buying a house.

 

On the chopping block is this superior CGC 6.0 copy of Avengers #4. Perfectly centered, nice white cover, nice ow/w pages. I received an offer of $700 when the book was on eBay and I turned it down at the time. I am asking $700 today. Shipping is included.
