I originally was gonna post this one the other day but never got around to it I saw FoomMember post his and he mentioned the crease on the back cover, my book has a printers crease on the back as well. WP's according to OWL guide

It's the scan that enhances the effect you don't see it when you look at it, weird!

Do these kinds of "printer" creases not get knocked down by CGC? I have a couple of super nice books where that crease is the only noticeable defect.

Grades aren't affected by printer's creases.

How about printer scratches? I have two beautiful copies of Fantastic Four number 89's and right where the Things left hand is there is one white perfectly straight horizontal thin single scratch going to the edge of the book on both of the comics. You can tell it was from the production run because they are exact. I have noticed a lot of printer error consistencies from looking at copies that I have doubles, triplecates and even quintuplets from the sixties and early seventies. I'll post them later as I'm busy today.

If it's a factory fault, CGC does not fault the book. Look at all the copies of U.Spiderman #1 Whire Variant that have a huge scratch on Spidey's foot.
