PGM: Green Lantern #4

Hey all,

 

I usually buy high grade slabs so this is a bit of a departure for me. I really haven't invested the time to learn how to be a good grader and I want to change that. That being said, I'll be picking up some lower grade books to start and using them as a learning tool. So here's the first one. The more responses the better. I need all the input I can get. It's greatly appreciated.

Lots of general wear on the cover. No big tears or missing pieces/cutouts on the interior. Staples firmly attached but there are some small tears at the area. Cream, supple pages. No hidden stains or anything. Basically just a good amount of front & back cover wear. I'm inclined to say 4.0.

3.0/3.5 is definitely on target. The spine is too weak to go higher, although the eye appeal is decent for the grade.
