I don't have many as my budget can't afford most :( Here is my list of ones I don't have that I wish I did.

Stan Lee

Frank Miller

John Byrne

Garth Ennis

Alan Moore

Barry Windsor Smith

Michael Turner

John Romita

Russ Heath

Gene Colan

Frank Frazetta

Berni Wrightson

Neal Adams

Great list, but I would add Neil Gaiman in that list.

A little late to the party on this one, and I apologize for that, but I just had a hour long conversation with my local comic shop owner, and he LOVES Ditko, and he gave me some insight into him, and to me it is a shame that Mr. Ditko hasn't/wont do any signings. From what I understand, Ditko is not about $$ at all, so offering him $$ has no value to him, but whether he likes it or not, he has done some great, ground breaking work in the world of comics, and if I were to get a book signed by him (And SS'd) the only way it leaves me is if it's stolen! I guess I just would like him to know it isn't about the F&^*in $$, it's just having a piece of American History from a medium that means alot to myself.

So, with that said here's my wishlist!

Steve Ditko

Alan Moore

Harvey Pekar

Robert Crumb

Marie Severin

John Severin

Luis Dominguez

For me, Sam Kieth and Clint Eastwood. I have a comic for each of them to sign and a dump truck full of money praise to the witness who gets it done.

It sounds like Gene Colan will be available in NY at the end of Feb. Joe Kubert was JUST ADDED to the WonderCon convention in San Francisco in early April. Romita Sr. and Jr. may have to wait until October for the NYCC. Some of the others on the list are definitely the most sought after and may never happen.

Great thread. Pre Sam Kieth and pre Alan Moore. Only Ditko left. I will never say never any more.

I'll let you know how my meeting with Ditko goes next week.

Call me when amateur hour is over and you need to close.
