First print from October 2000. The variant is the white cover.

I just checked, priority flat rate to Canada is $24.65. I can also ship first class which would be about $10-$12 (not sure of exact weight). But it may take a while.

It was pointed out to me that U.S. Priority is the same as Canada first class. So, FREE first class shipping to Canada.
