What pre-1970 books are severely under-priced by Overstreet?

I am not talking about Overstreet being way under GPA values for ultra high grade slabs that are rare for their era.

 

But there are certain issues where Overstreet is consistently under-priced across the board, from GOOD (2.0) all the way up to NM- (9.2)

 

You know the books I am talking about, no matter what the grade might be, you are not going to be able to buy a copy for anything close to the Overstreet price.

 

For example, a book like Crime Suspenstories #22 (decapitation cover) is never going to sell for $24 in GOOD, my GD-VG copy sold for over $150
