Just to make 100% sure. This means that the wonder woman that currently exists in the DC Universe is the one that was de-powered? Is that the case or did COIE change everything?

COIE changed everything. For instance, the post-COIE Wonder Woman continuity had Steve Trevor being about 30 years older than WW.

 

There have been several homages to the white-pants-suit era in current continuity. For instance, when the current run was restarted with #1, a white-suited Diana Prince was the secret identity for the red, white & blue Wonder Woman.

I just lost out on a WW #178 CGC 9.6 on the comic connect auction. It went for $1051 and I thought I have overbid enough at $951.
