Do babies read comics?

Mile High Chuck would be having a caniption [sp?] right now. All of those highly valuable rare and precious comics on the floor being mangled by a toddler?? He'd just have to scoop them right up, get them on the Mile High website and offer them on sale at 50% off 500% of guide under promotional code: "cutekid"

(I'm home alone looking after the wee spud today, and this seemed like a worthwhile investigation...)

 

First I provided some books. A little silver, bronze and copper to give her a varied selection. We established very early on that she loves the GA (see sig), so this test will focus on the later eras.

She skipped straight to the end of Aliens #1 and moved onto the bronze.

WWBN and Tomb of Dracula proved very popular, and she liked Nick Fury so much she tore the front and back covers off. Finally she cast her eye over the SA.

In conclusion, no, babies do not read comics, but they like the pretty colours.
