I think this is going to be a HG or LG book.

Obvious stains are not allowd on a 7.0 book. So it should have graded a 6.5

I don't agree with OSPG in this regard. That book looks very nice.

IF CGC adheres to OSPG standards, a 6.0-6.5

If not, 9.0
