Iron Fist 1 - Has this been trimmed?

you need to show the scan of the entire book I think for better judgement. If it is trim, that is a half job

because the rest of the book was aligned perfect...lets see what other people think

do a quick test, line it over or in front of another book and see for yourself.

Look at the edge itself. Does it look like the edge of the cover on the other two open sides? A trimmed book (especially a hatchet job) will sometimes have a very slightly jagged appearance as a result of the trim. Also pay attention to slight coloration changes that indicate the " trimmed edge" has not been exposed to the elements for as long as the other two open edges.

the way I decided to on this one was based solely on the slant of the top. If it wasn't trimmed, the book looks like the book was miscut/misprint slanted to the top right but the rest of the book was perfectly horizontal.

I just measured the book next to another comic, and it does look like it's been trimmed

damn..that does suck because that wasn't micro trim, it was more like 1/8 or more of an inch sliced of from left to right.
