I prefer to stay away from trades for the sole reason that I am raising cash.

 

Moving into a new home, saving for another purchase and all that jazz. Times are just a wee bit snug right now for a few more weeks.

 

Having said that, if it is something fairly liquid I would consider it but I would not want to be left trying really hard to recoup the money on a short timetable.

 

I can offer a time payment up to a couple of weeks if you need time to sell something.
