Batman 95 cent Variant??

As I was digging through my Bronze-Copper Batman boxes I came around something that surprised me. I am not sure if its a Canadian variant (it says printed in USA in the interior- no indication that its not a U.S. original). Can anyone help out with this? I do not remember seeing a 95 cent copy (for good reason , I have had this book for over 2 decades so I do not remember)

It's the Candian version, on sale in Canada. First print, same printrun, just different cover price.

The earlier, 60/75 cent issues do, but not by the time the books were 75/95

Ehhhh....well, since they were produced for ever Marvel from Oct 1982-Aug-ish 1986, and DC's from 1982 to Sept, 1988, they're not terribly UNcommon.

 

For regular issues, like this one, no premium.

 

For high grade keys? Spiderman #252, Swamp Thing #21, etc? Quite a premium in 9.8....maybe double normal prices.
