Hi, this is s8zaphod(AKA MichaelW.)

 

I've been gone awhile, but am back!

I used to have many dealings with members on here, both buying and selling, so hopefully you will remember that I am an honest guy and not a rip-off artist that all of us here know about.

 

Sorry my printer is busted and will probably take a few to several months for me to afford a new one, so you will have to make due with my descriptions.

 

All CGC slabs have no scratches or cracks on them.

 

 

Here are my first 3 I will put up!

I have more including some grades I wasn't expecting due to likely damage to the books during shipment to CGC for grading, those will be blown out at low prices!!!

Not to familiar with this book but am interested in Double cover books, so could you tell me more about this statement

 

"All Black Outer Cover, Double cover".

 

Is this a Double cover error and if so, does this mean that the outer and inner covers are different colors? Thanks.

Yes, Satan's Sodomy Baby is officially a double cover book.

The reason is that the regular color cover underneath (which was supposed to be the only cover) was deemed inappropiate. So a black cover was put on over the color cover, so you would have to open the book to see the regular cover.

And by All black I mean it's an all black cover except for the title with the word Sodomy replaced with symbols like $#!@%

 

P.S. I also have unslabbed copies of Satan's Sodomy baby in NM, NM+ condition.

Those would be $20 each.

Okay. Thanks. So I take it that a "double cover" in this particular book is not a rare occurence.

 

Sorry for my ignorance, but I am just not fluent in Sodomy Baby stuff.

Yes, all copies of Satan's Sodomy Baby #1 are double covers in this respect.

If you know of Eric Powell's work, this is a fantastic book to have, not to mention rare as he has stated that the story contained within will never be available in another form, so won't ever be collected in a TPB or HC of his work!

Hi, here are a few of the lower than expected grades on some slabbed comics of mine. I will put up more info tomorrow if people are interested!

 

(2)Farscape #1 cover D Sketch cover CGC 8.0I was expecting this in 9.8 or at least 9.6.

Must have been damaged on the way to get graded.

Might still get those high grades if some wants to crack open the slabs and get them professionally pressed!

Hello all! I'm back!

 

I recently looked at my copy of Satan's Sodomy baby and I feel the need to clarify.

The cover isn't an all black cover except for the title, it has a white Warning box on the cover and has the normal Dark Horse Icon and UPC code on it as well.

 

I did not have it in front of me when I was last on and went from memory.

OOPS!

 

Anyway this is the correct info!
