this has a small crease, if you want to call it that in the bottom left corner, but is not very noticable at all. Also only has one staple.....there are no holes where the other one should be so it was as tho at printing and attachment the second staple just was not put in. Thank you.

8.0 - 8.5 with a crease, otherwise 9.0. No, I've seen books with "Manufactured with one staple" and they were all blue labeled.
