Technically a "blowout" would be a grand or so. 5K is a long way from a blowout to us broke people

Technically, if you are broke you shouldn't be in the "for sale" section.

I think the people that want it, can't afford it.

 

But Wall st. sez everything is great! V shaped recovery! Everyone shoud be flush with cash ala all the boys at Goldman Sachs.....right?!?

I just realized that this book has not had any pieces added.

 

I wish CGC had a better way of breaking down how much resto has been done to a book besides the SP/MP/EP designations because this book looks to be one of those "tweener" books. MP but at the low end of the spectrum.

 

Nice book Phil, and although I don't collect the run at all this is a VERY appealing book.
