Superman: Man of Steel 14 registered for Number 13

i wanted to register the Superman: Man of Steel #14 Comics (0932659009)...it said, that is was the wrong slot...and now it offers me for this registry-number the slot for Man of Steel #13....but that is wrong. How could we correct this?
