Vendor registration for the 2010 Edmonton Collectible Toy and Comic Show is now open! A number of board members set up each year at the show, which is Western Canada's second largest toy and comic show and the only one that remains focused on providing a quality selection of collectibles to attendees.

Check out the website at www.edtoyshow.com for more info.

About the show: The Edmonton Collectible Toy and Comic Show is Western Canada’s premier collectibles event specializing in bringing attending enthusiasts the largest selection of vintage and modern toys, comic books, anime, video games, and pop culture memorabilia. Our first show was a small-scale event held on March 28th, 2003 at the Greenwood Inn and after twice changing venues the show is now in its 8th annual year and held in Hall A at the internationally recognized Shaw Conference Center.

2007 marked not only our 5th Anniversary, the 30th Anniversary of Star Wars and the 25th Anniversary of 3 ¾” GI Joe but also the first year we brought celebrity guests and industry professionals to our event. To commemorate those anniversaries, comic legend Larry Hama and Daniel Logan who played the young Boba Fett in Star Wars Episode II were present to sign autographs and meet their fans. Since then we have had some great celebrity guests in attendance including Ernie Hudsen from Ghostbusters, Bonnie Piesse and Matthew Wood from the Star Wars Saga, James Kyson Lee from Heroes and comic legend Joe Rubinstein. And 2010 will be no different as more guests and industry professionals will be joining us!

With nearly 200 vendors, artists, industry professionals and special guests from across North America in attendance, rare collectibles exhibits and costuming groups, the Edmonton Collectible Toy and Comic Show is sure to offer something for everyone; from the casual and serious collectors to families looking for an afternoon of fun!
