both in my opinion are tough in 9.8, especially Capes #1 with a white front cover and all black back cover (yeah that should stay minty fresh in a .25 box...)

I agree, 9.8s are tough on these, I've been searching and can't for the life of me seem to get my hands on more than a 9.6 on either one. Good price for both.
