I think it's 9.4 - The back right corner looks like there is a small imperfection that keeps it from a 9.6

If we were talking raw grade, I'd say 9.2-9.4, IMHO. There appears to be some light stress lines along the back of the spine.

 

Submitting that to CGC, I have a feeling it would come back 9.4 minimum due to the bright colors of the cover.
