Can someone please refresh my memory of who owns the splash (pg-1) to Man-Bat #2 (1976) by Pablo Marcos?

 

It has Man-Bat fighting that villain (10-eyed man) who sees with his fingers...

I know I've seen this splash either on some dealer's website or in some collector's portfolio a number of times over the past year or two but my memory is shot at the moment...
