Grading help on an Action 12 appreciated

I'd appreciate any views on the grade for this issue. There are no nasty shocks inside, pages are off white with slightly browning edges, no brittleness.

 

If I wanted to sell, do you think slabbing would be more or less compulsory ? There's no restoration that I'm aware of.

Send me the scans, I'll host them. Just a bit of advice, you don't really have to get it slabbed to sell it- I move mid-grade early Golden Age all the time. Slabbing at this point it for the restoration check, nothing else.
