Pressing Machine

Not sure if this is the right thread . So if not forgive me. What I want to know is where can you get a pressing machine. I have a few books in my personal collection that probably could be bumped up. How many different types or methods are they to pressing a book

You can get one on Ebay, just search magic comic pressing machine. Should come right up.

If you don't know what you're looking for, chances are you'll do more harm than good with a press.

Costs less than CI though

1 - Go to ebay

2 - search "dry mount press"

3 - buy the one you like

4 - always press your most expensive books first, they are best to practice on

That's a good thing. You do need to humidify the book to get the best results.

Just wanted to state for the record that if you send books to Classics Inc. to be pressed I will not be doing the pressing. Never have. That's Matt's gig.
