That's because it should be in the Grading and Restoration Forum, not in the MarketPlace (unless it's for sale which you didn't mention).

 

 

From what I can see, I wouldn't argue with a 9.8.

its got a shot...

I think I see what appears to be 1-2 barley visible, short, light stresses on the FC about 1" up from the bottom staple and another on the BC across form the word "chamberlain". Nice corners and centering
