I have a crappy scan of the front cover and it is at my bank in town so if you are seriously interested I can create a better scan. Also, I live in Baltimore and travel to NYC so if you live in the I-95 corrider we can skip the Post Office and other transaction hassles.

I don't have a 21 but I do have the following

 

3 cgc 5.5 CR to OW

13 cgc 7.0 W

17 cgc 6.5 pages

20 cgc 6.5 pages

 

The only high grades I have are an 11 in 8.0 and a 34 8.5 33 9.2 39 8.0 that basically aren't for sale.

Here are the pics. There are no marvel chips or water spots. The main problems are wear at the upper left corner and over hang at the top. No real tears there but it not perfectly razor sharp. Also very light spine wear.

So far yes, I still worry about the actual transaction, not because of the buyer but it can always be a hassle or expensive. There is something to be said about name brand stores that lend credibility etc. both on the buying and selling side of things.

 

Comiclink has a 7.0 same pages for $10k and "is pending" which I believe means that an offer less than 10k was submitted that a seller may accept. If it went for the full 10k, then I left some money on the table, my guess is that someone offered 8000 - 9000 for it and the sale is pending.

I guess it depends on your position regarding TGC of 2004!!
