Latex gloves

4 posts in this topic

Just acquired a couple of sample kits of latex gloves from one

of my regular suppliers. POWDERLESS. Going to try them out

today around the warehouse and see how they do. Really tired

of the fuzz from the powder when handling books. I'll give you the

lowdown on this new product. Might be better than the drug store

high price, low quality ones I've been buying. Seem a tad firmer.

Might also be a boon for the coinees.

I might mail Greggy a couple for those lonely evenings with....

Nevermind.

Gloves worked just fine yesterday. Gave them the "domestic tryout".

IE, did quite a bit of cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, the carpet we layed

in the "barn" is shedding quite a bit, but the flooring guy told me it would.

Going to rebag quite a few silver lowgrade today, and I want to make sure

that my less than nimble fingers can still function. The cheepie drugstore

gloves tend to "stick?" to some covers, not really stick, but I get the

tactile feeling that maybe they have too much grip??? Silly I know, but

a peculiar feeling nonetheless.

Anyone interested in helping me test them out, I'll mail you a couple

of pair. I comped a box off a vendor from my day job, and a box might

normally last me a couple of months. PM me if you are interested.
