Super Bowl Newspapers

7 posts in this topic

I'm heading out early in the AM to pick up Monday copies of the

HOUSTON CHRONICLE newspaper with the Superbowl coverage.

A free copy to any forum members that want to pony up for the postage.

Should be about $2 media mail in the US, any Canucks probably a little

more, and outside NoAM we could arrange something. Paypal or Paydirect,

or the ever popular snail mail welcome.

PM me or email me before 11PM cst, that's all this old man can make.

Phil

no,

they keep them in this cute little metal display box with a trap door

window, in front of convenience stores and public transportation venues.

And for only 50 cents, I can take as many as I want. Shoot for $ 3.50

I can get a couple hundred.... awfully nice of the people.... insane.gif

back in NYC, that was the favorite pastime of the homeless ( back before Giuliani turned them into Sabrett's frankfurters 893applaud-thumb.gif ) - every morning on the way to my summer job in Long Island City, I come across three of them at Roosevelt and 74th within 10 feet of each other.. I loved making them fight each other for my money and then reporting them to the cops for stealing some newstand's stash - freekin' insufficiently_thoughtful_persons still left that yellow hard plastic tie that bound the stacks.
