Where would you advertise a new comic book website?

I'm looking for some advice and ideas on what publications would you suggest that I advertise my website which includes USA, Europe, UK & Canada...

 

I am thinking of starting a weekly raffle where I am giving away a comic book a week that is to start in March....

 

I'm open to suggestions on additional promotions if you have...

If you're selling stuff, Overstreet and Wizard. Probably should look into advertising on Comicspriceguide.com and maybe do a link program with some of the national dealers.
