Thumbnail code for the board help

Can somebody post up a reply with the thumbnail coding to link to larger pictures on Photobucket - I used to have it but now I can't find it...

 

If you check the image in photobucket and then hit the 'Generate HTML and IMG code" button it will create the thumbnail link for you.

 

for example...
