What's it worth?

 

He has his opening bid priced about $150 to $200 too high. Last GPA sale was $921 with a 12 month average (2 sales) of $879. It does look like prices for low grade slabbed ASM #1's are going up though.....

 

I would be asking the seller why it's just a 1.0. Maybe a detached cover? Big chunk out of back cover?

On that one for 1075 there is a moderately small piece missing from the back cover and ink on the cover. It looks good for a 1.0 .

 

 

I saw another 1.0 on ebay for $1,599 . Now thats just insane.

I didn't even see the other pictures he had on there. doh!

 

The only thing I can think of is that it got knocked way down because of the ink filled-in areas on the front cover, the larger stain on the back cover and the chunk out of the back cover. I have a similar size chunk out of the upper left corner on my ASM CGC 1.8 that looks like a 3.0 otherwise. I bought it raw off of eBay back in 2004 for $830.00 and it now looks like ASM #1s in CGC 1.8 are going for close to $1,500.00. :applause:
