I consider this book undervalued at mid-grade and expect even low grades to be in the AF15 range in a few years.thoughts?

I disagree. I just don't think its that big of a key.

The biggest character introduced in X-men 1 is a villain, and i think that keeps it down. If anything I'd say GSX 1 has more of a chance of jumping into X-1 range then X-1 has of jumping into AF 15 range.

there are too many GSx1's for it to ever enter into the X1 value range (imo)

I honestly can't see X-men #1 (no matter how hard it is to admit) ever catching up with AF#15. I disagree though that the biggest character it launched was Magneto (shrug) Arguably Cyclops is a rather important character in the X universe and the team itself is bigger than any x-character, except maybe Wolverine. The problem with X-men #1 is that most people just don't care enough about it, as they do Spiderman. Spiderman is spiderman and the X-men just isn't spiderman.

x1 is about 2.5x behind af15 value in uber grades, and about 4-6x behind value in mid grade

little to no chance of it ever catching up
