It would not surprise me if you had it regraded that it would come back with a higher grade now as I think they were pretty tough of Stan Lee signature series books when they were still using the old labels. Many years ago after my first marriage ended and I needed some quick bucks I cherry picked my first collection of comics before selling it to the only local dealer in town. This was around the time you could still pick up a nm X-Men #1 for about $25 (according to Overstreet #6 1976-77). Almost everything beyond #1 issues and my Jerry Bails books was dumped; of course I still kick myself in the buttocks daily over this decision.
