I guess the Spisey lawsuit isnt going so well so Marvel's going thru with threats to go after ALL the dough that was nt paid.

And good luck to Marvel in getting any money. The studios have been sued for years over the same issue and it's hasn't changed a thing.

Movie studios just love to cut deals for percentage of net, then pretend that the movie didn't make any money. New Line even tried to prove that Fellowship of the Ring didn't make any profit. They tried factoring in the entire $340 million budget for all 3 films, cost of promotions, travel costs flying cast members around the world to do interviews, everything.
