Top left arm appears to have two elbows: the one we can see and the one hidden behind the enormous breast that's bending the upper arm.

 

And from where is the lower left arm emanating?

I like the boob suspenders...

 

 

I am loving the over-the-shoulder-boulder-holders as well.

 

But I really dig the bottom right hand has 5 fingers and no thumb.

it's clearly terrible and would only appeal to the basest of aesthetes, but it's a hundred times better than that Deadpool cover from last week

Bottom right hand - thumb and fingers look reversed.

Bottom left arm...as well developed as it is, with that shoulder muscle growing out of the armpit...impossible

The hair does not match any known L'Oreal hair colour chart.

Everything else appears to be real!
