PGM Marvel Adventure Featuring Daredevil 4

Picked up a lot of books and am starting to grade them. This one looks like a Fine but I am inclined to call it a VG/Fine It has some minor rust on both staples but doesn't migrate to the cover and the issue does not lay flat. Very slight spine roll probably from stacking. Any help is appreciated.

The book presents very well and looks like a 7.5 however noting you say there is rust on the staples I give it a 4.0
