SUPERMAN #53 Origin issue. Guide is $700, selling for $495!

Superman #53, origin of Superman and classic cover. Here is a very solid copy. I almost graded it Fine, but I want to be conservative. Pages are cream to off-white and supple. The scan did not turn out well on this one. The inside cover ad has black ink that you can see through the front's yellow cover. The comic looks 200% better in person than the scan indicates. $495.
