Question about Real Fact Comics #2

Hi,

 

Since I am not on the golden age collector side, I would like to know either the rarity of this book or some guesstimates on pricing value. I recently picked up a few books and this was in it. Probably mid grade (vg/fn) but would grade much higher without a small pc missing at the bottom of cover. Without it, looks closer to a VF/VF+.

 

If I need to post a scan, let me know.

 

Any info would help. Going to send out to CGC for a grade.

very little demand on the book... expect a vg/fn to sell in the $50-$75 range, so I would not spend $25 on cgc fees (economy tier) and wait a month to get it back...

 

there is a reason that there are only 3 copies currently cgc'd (a 8.5, a 9.0 and the mile high 9.2)... the cost of grading is not able to be recouped on a low grade copy...

 

now, if yours has great eye appeal, maybe $100

 

post a scan, but I wouldn't have it graded unless you just want too (thumbs u
