PGM: Blake of the Northern Mounted - insect chew

Hi - Thanks for helping out!

 

I bought this a few years ago, i think it is somewhere around VF/NM but it has a small insect chew at the bottom that goes through 2/3 of book.

 

What grade do you think it would be ?

ill say 6.5 on an other wise georgeous book
