These come from a box of 50 blanks I just bought and all of them are 9.2 or better, I say 9.0 or better here just to be safe. I picked out the very best 20 for myself and was just looking to get ride of the rest as I will never use 50 blanks. These should all be between 9.0 and 9.6.
