I think Calmerica is back on the boards occasionally. You might already know, but he collects this book specifically and it may be worth a PM in his direction :)

Yes I am still hoarding this book but am selling off SOME of them to pay for other purchases.

 

Then in 2011 I will resume accumulating them again.

Are the some of them you're selling off only lower grade copies? Seems like I remember you saying not too long ago that you were only picking up the higher grade ones now.
