Should Detective 27 supplant Action 1 in Overstreet based on recent sales?

How did Detective #27 compare to Action #1 back in the late 80s and early 90s when the Tim Burton Batman movies were so dominant? I honestly don't remember.

 

That is when Detective 27 was the top comic for a brief while.pricewise

 

I wanted to find out which year Tec 27 overtook Action 1 as the most expensive book, and found the information in Overstreet #21 (published in 1991).

 

Information as follows:

 

1991 NM value

Tec 27 = $37K; Action 1 = $36K

 

Also interesting to note both book were valued at $32.5K in 1990 so I guess the Bat-movies helped put Tec 27 on top for a while.
