What is the connection between Havoc and the Monolith?

Abdol, a professor of archaeology, then met Alex Summers, a student in his class as another mutant. Abdol sensed that Alex drew his power from the same cosmic rays as he did, but Summers's absorption was stronger and kept Abdol from being reaching his full potential. Abdol realized that if Summers were cut off from those rays, he could be incredibly powerful. Abdol captured Alex and brought him to his lair in Egypt, where his cult of followers believed him to be the Living Pharaoh, direct descendant of the great Egyptian dynasties. However, the X-Men followed Alex's trail and fought Abdol and his goons. Unfortunately, Abdol convinced a passing cop that he, a well-respected Egyptologist, was the victom of mutant aggression, a diversion that allowed him to escape to his cave. Inside, Abdol placed Alex into a chamber that blocked the cosmic rays from reaching his body. Now receiving the full force of the cosmic rays, Abdol underwent a transformation into a giant gray man of stone, whereupon he rechristened himself the Living Monolith. During the fight, Alex managed to break his chamber, and the cosmic rays returned to him, returning the Monolith to human form. Unable to control his power, Alex unleashed a blast that destroyed Abdol's lair. Abdol never pursued Havok again, but instead sought out other heroes powered by cosmic energy like the Fantastic Four and attempted to use their energy to power himself up. During one of these attempts, Abdol's wife was murdered by an anti-mutant mob, further exacerbating his mania, which culminated in his murdering his own daughter when he feared she would betray him to his enemies. Mad with grief over his actions, Abdol increased to Monolith size and rampaged through New York City. When he finally calmed down, subdued by the FF and the Avengers, Abdol asked Thor to send him into space, where he could do no more harm. Once there he reached enormous size and became the Living Planet, complete with grass and other shrubbery. He massed so much that he had his own gravitational field, which kept an atmosphere around his inert body. Recently, Bishop and Deathbird found the Living Planet and landed in him. There they found a group of travelers (possibly Skrulls) whom Deathbird had apparently been in contact with. She betrayed Bishop and brought the group on the Living Planet, and the LP himself back to Earth. Apocalypse then revealed himself to Abdol, and reminded him that it was he (along with Sinister) who mutated Abdol originally to match his energy signature with Havok's. Apocalypse had complete control over Abdol's body, and used him as the center piece of the machine needed to drain the energies of The Twelve (Abdol was one of them). However, when Magneto short-circuited the machine, The Living Monolith broke free. After Apocalypse merged with Cyclops and took the Twelve through some alternate realities, hoping to use the ruses to get them to finish the power transfer, he was exhausted, and he escaped, taking the Living Monolith with him. Abdol's current whereabouts are unknown.

Yeesh, the two Living Pharoahs and Living Monoliths are the SAME GUY. Check out MTU 69 and there's even a reference to Havok saying:

"Times have changed since we last met"

Along with a * denoting X-Men 55-57.
