I used to get excited about emails when they were new. Now, not so much.

 

I don't PM much. I find it slow and time consuming, but it is good for keeping references and notes.

 

I prefer a phone call...it's so much quicker and cleaner.

I wish I had recorded the phone call that came next...comedy gold. After he calmed down we talked for a good thirty minutes, and he seemed like a nice enough fellow. The first five minutes, though, were classic. I've never been cursed out so eloquently, before or since. Here's how it started:

 

Phone rings, I see it's from an out of state number, and know who it must be...

 

Me: Hello?

 

MS: Is this...Beau?

 

Me: Yep.
