How do you grade tape pulls?

I just recieved a book in the mail that has two tape pulls on it. At some point, fairly recently it appears,someone was not too careful when removing it from the bag and it resulted in tape sticking to two pieces of the logo,pulling it away.On e piece is roughly the size of a nickel,the other a penny.Without these defects I'd call it a Fine plus, what would you deduct for these pulls? Thanks.

front or back cover? How is the book otherwise?

Front cover,on the logo itself.Without the tape pull it'd be a sweet Fine plus.

A vg+ maybe a vg/fn hard to say . Do you have a scan???

Prob a VG. Hard to say without knowing really how significant it is.

I hate it when they don't mention stuff like that and they have a teeny tiny scan!
