Grading question about Ebay Spidey #4 book

Hi, I'm curious about what the forum would grade this ASM #4 book I noticed on Ebay tonight.

 

I'm not picking on the seller, I'm just curious because my ASM #2 looks almost exactly like this book and I've always considered it to be a VG or so book.

ASM #4 in Fine-

I am thinking it's better than a VG, so Fine - is about right. Chipping or no chipping. It's not as serious a defect as a well worn spine/cover you see on many VG's. The book just doesn't have the over-all wear to bring it down to a VG. So, your's is probably a Fine - too. That's good, right.

I would say Fine - is being a little too generous. Nice structural appeal although the tanning on the front and back make it a little less appealing. I would go with vf/fn 5.0, but I think it's still better than VG. If I wanted SM 4 and bought this book as a fine minus, I wouldn't bee disappointed (granted we are seeing everything).

It was right about guide price, VG is 342 and F is 513 according to OS. It ended a little over 400

I'd guess CGC would grade it 5.0 VGF.

But I don't like tanned/brittle perimeters with chipping so I'd more likely say VG+ 4.5.

I would agree with the vg/4.0...way too muchgoing on between the chipping, tanning and staining on the back cover....maybe 4.5 tops....
