Although this book does look sharp, there appears to be a few dings for being a NM/NM+ book, although it could just be the scan.

Yep, i was looking at it too...but now this simply went beyond the ridicously dimension level of the price guide...even if it looks like a nice copie i wouldn't give half of the current price...the seller must be an happy fella this time.
