You should scan a few of the interior pages from this issue. One of the stories shows these green aliens shaving a womans head, stripping off all her clothes, strapping her naked bodydown to a table as they attach probes to her newly shaven scalp! Wickedly cool! :o

 

That should sell it for you!

OK, first things first..... all of these original owner Fiction House books have the notation of title, issue number, date the comic was purchased and owners initials at the top of the first page, except for I think one of the early Jumbos, which was several years before the others. All of the books have very nice pages, in the range of off white to white. See the example below.
